1. What does a dumpster rental cost?
This depends on the size of dumpster you need. Just give us a call or email & we will give you a no obligation quote.
2. How do I pay for a dumpster rental?
You can pay for the dumpster when delivered by check, debit or credit OR if you will not be home, you can pay over the phone with debit or credit.
3. What does the price include?
The price includes delivery & pick up of dumpster and all delivery fees. There are NO hidden charges & no surprises! The only time you may have extra costs is if you go over the ton limit or need to have the dumpster longer; and in which case, we will work something out with you.
4. How long is the rental period?
The typical rental period is for 14 days. If you feel as though you need additional time, just give us a call.
5. Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my dumpster?
It is not necessary to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of dumpster. However, please be as specific as possible when placing the order to let us know where you would like the dumpster placed. The driver will do his best to accommodate your request. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal, customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster on the scheduled pick-up date; if dumpster is inaccessible, customer is subject to additional pick-up charges.
6. What are the dumpster sizes?
10 Yard: 14 'Long X 8' Wide X 3 'High
15 Yard: 14'Long X 8' Wide X 4' High
20 Yard: 14' Long X 8' Wide X 5' High
7. What if I need an extra haul?
We will be happy to switch out your full dumpster for an empty one. Please note; however, the price is the same for each dumpster.
8. Will a dumpster damage ny driveway?
Although the dumpsters are driveway safe, the customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement, and entire dumpster placement site. If you have a paved driveway, just let us know & we will bring special equipment to put down.
9. What Items can I NOT put in the dumpster?
You can not put liquids, batteries, tires, refrigerators, or chemicals in dumpster. If you have a question about an item, please call us.
